NPTC UNIT 203 (CS31)
EMTS arrange all assessments for our candidates and is priced as part of the course. NPTC 203 (CS31) Level 2 award in Felling and Processing Trees up to 380mm has a one day assessment by a NPTC assessor.
The minimum age limit for Candidates taking Certificates of Competence is 16 years. There is no upper age limit.
Three days training and one day's assessment, four days in total.

The NPTC pre-requisites for this course are NPTC Unit 201 and Unit 202 (CS30) – Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross-cutting.

Candidates must provide their own PPE.
Felling equipment and saws are available for use by candidates who have not yet purchased their own equipment. Please contact EMTS for hire cost.
Equipment requirements will be sent to the candidate once booking has been confirmed.
